NOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE - HOW DO YOU GET YOUR TICKETS? 

How do I download my e-tickets? 
We will send you a link. Just log on to the site, and with one click, download and print your tickets.
Tickets are always visible in "My purchases", and you can download them from anywhere whenever you want. 


When will I receive my tickets? 
You will receive your tickets before the event, regardless of whether they are physical or digital ones. If they are e-tickets, you can print them as soon as you have got your purchase confimation email. If you have bought a season ticket or a paper ticket  we will make sure that they arrive early enough for you to  enjoy the event hassle free. To make sure everything goes smoothly make sure that: 

 - You correctly entered all your personal and contact data. 
 
 - Someone will be at  the delivery address  to sign for the tickets on delivery. 


What if I am on holiday?  How can I get my tickets? 

Monoticket can send the tickets to anywhere in the world in time for you to  enjoy your event. Just contact us in sufficient time for us to change the shipping address or notify us beforehand that you want to collect the tickets at the venue. Going to see the Olympic Games or the final of the Champions League? We will deliver the tickets to the venue so that you only have to worry about getting there and  enjoying yourself. 


How do I change the delivery address? 
To modify or add delivery addresses go to "My Purchases" and click the "Change delivery address" button.  You can only change the  delivery address before the tickets have been sent out. 


Where and when can I pick up a paper ticket or season ticket? 
We can send tickets to your home or workplace or, if it's easier, we can also take them to a UPS Access Point where you can pick them up without having to wait in for a courier delivery.

Would you like to pick up the ticket from a chemist near your house? Or prefer to get your tickets from the stationers close to work? Check out the UPS Access Points before making up your mind . Tell us where you want the tickets sent and that's where they'll be!  There are also UPS Access Points near event venues if that makes life easier.  

All the instructions on how to collect your tickets are shown under "Collection instructions" in the "Shopping Cart" section. Remember that if you specified that your tickets should be sent to a postal address (eg your home) when making the purchase, you cannot pick them up in person at a UPS Access Point. 


Can I pick up my paper ticket or season ticket from a UPS Access Point rather than receive them by mail at a postal address? 
Yes, provided that at the time of purchase, you indicate that  you want to  pick up your tickets at a UPS Access Point.
If at the time of purchase you specified that you wanted your paper tickets or season tickets sent to a postal address, you subsequently cannot collect them in person.

 

Why are my tickets in somebody else's name? 
Monoticket gives individuals the option to sell their tickets as it serves as a meeting point for buyers and sellers and only acts as an intermediary - the user is responsible for the rest.  


What if I lose my tickets? 
If the tickets are electronic you can print them again. To do this, go to your account and click "My Purchases". The event will only accept a barcode.

Why is the price that appears in the advert entry different to what I have to pay?
The ticket price could be higher, lower or the same as the face price of the ticket as the amount is set by the seller who placed the advert on Monoticket.
