I want to cancel or modify my purchase
Monoticket is a ticket exchange platform between individuals, so it is not possible to cancel or change entries once the purchase.
If not interested in tickets purchased, you can sell in Monoticket completely free giving someone else the opportunity to go. To do this, click on the "Sell" event for which you have tickets.
I want to cancel or change my sale
In Monoticket all sales are final, which means that the seller, once you have sold your tickets, you must send according to the conditions of the time when the operation was performed.
If you can not deliver the tickets you sold, Monoticket reserves the right to charge you the price of find tickets in the same category for the buyer. In this case you should contact Customer Care through the various means available.
