At Monoticket, all sales are final, which means that once you have sold your tickets, you must send them in accordance with the conditions established at the time the transaction was made.

If you are unable to deliver the tickets you have sold, you must contact customer service as soon as possible at sac@monoticket.com. In this case, Monoticket reserves the right to charge you the price of finding tickets in the same category for the buyer, in addition to a penalty for non-compliance with the order.
