SEND YOUR TICKETS IS VERY EASY

Paper tickets: If your ticket is on paper, dont worry when you have sold we will send a notification to your email teaching you how to send the tickets.
You have the option to take within you indicate to an Access Point UPS or schedule a UPS collection at a specified address before the deadline for delivery.
Remember you have to send your tickets as quickly as always complying with the times so that buyers can enjoy the event.

 

Season Ticket: If you have a season ticket and you've sold, you will find a notification email in which you how to send the payment.

When the event is held, we will contact you to return your season ticket as quickly as possible and you can continue to enjoy it.

 

E-tickets: If the input is electronic you sold will send a notification to your email to tell you how to upload entries in Monoticket and the buyer can download them. The process is simple, just have to upload the PDF in your user area. Remember that the deadlines are marked in notification emails we send you, it is important to meet them ;)
